Write to the desk

This page explains how to reach the Sweet Bonanza Desk and what the desk can reasonably do in reply. Corrections to figures come first, and the desk cannot act on anyone's casino account.

Corrections to published figures

If a number on the site looks wrong, tell the desk which page it is on and what the figure should be. Include the source you are relying on so the claim can be checked against the published material. Corrections to figures are handled before general correspondence, because a wrong number misleads readers about money that can be lost.

The desk does not publish a figure it cannot trace. If a correction cannot be verified against the source, the page is amended to remove the number rather than replace it with an estimate. You will not always get a reply confirming the change, but every correction sent in is read and checked.

What the desk cannot help with

The desk has no access to any casino account and cannot look up a balance, a withdrawal, a bonus or a verification decision. It cannot ask an operator to speed something up, reverse a decision or release funds. Anything sent to the desk about an individual account will be read but cannot be acted on.

For account matters, the route is the operator's own support channel and, where that fails, the complaint process named in the operator's terms. Our partner handles its own accounts. The desk writes about pokies and bonuses in general terms; it does not administer them.

How messages are handled

Messages are read by the editorial desk, not by a customer service team, so replies are not instant and may take a while. Short, specific messages are easier to act on than long ones. If you are writing about a page, name the page and quote the sentence that concerns you.

Do not send passwords, account numbers, identity documents or card details. The desk does not need them and cannot use them. Questions about how a page was put together, where a figure came from, or why a topic was covered in a particular way are welcome, and they help keep the site accurate.

Privacy and the limits of a reply

Messages are handled in line with the privacy page, which sets out what is kept and for how long. Only send what is needed to make your point. If your message contains personal information you would rather not share, leave it out; the desk can still check a correction without it.

A reply from the desk is an editorial response, not advice about whether to play, how much to spend or which game to choose. Return figures on this site are long-run averages, and no message from the desk changes what a session might do. Nothing here is a promise of winnings or a way to beat a game.

Writing about a game or a bonus

Questions about how a bonus term is worded, or why a game is described in a certain way, can be sent to the desk. Say which page and which term you mean. The desk will check the wording against the published terms and correct it where the site has it wrong.

The desk does not recommend a casino, a game or a bonus, and it does not compare offers on request. If you are unsure whether a term applies to you, ask our partner directly. Terms differ between offers and can change.

Email: contact@frgocasinoau.com. We answer editorial corrections first — if a figure on this site is wrong, say which page and we will check it against the source.

Questions

Can the desk fix a withdrawal or bonus problem on my account?

No. The desk cannot see or act on any casino account, and it cannot contact an operator on your behalf. Use the operator's own support and complaint process for account matters.

What should I include when reporting a wrong figure?

Name the page, quote the sentence and give the source you are relying on. The desk checks corrections against published material before changing a number, and removes a figure it cannot verify.
